Human KCNA6 Stable Cell Line-CHO
Kv1.6 is expressed in the brain (astrocytes, oligodendrocytes), colon, germ cells, heart, lung and pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells. This ion channel is involved with the maintenance of the resting membrane potential and therefore regulates the activity of excitable cells.
