Human SCN10A/SCN3B Stable Cell Line-CHO
The human Nav1.8 gene encodes the pore-forming subunit of a voltage-gated Na+ channel that is expressed in nociceptive peripheral neurons. Co-expression with the auxiliary beta 3 subunit promotes surface expression. The Nav1.8 channel is a therapeutic target in pain treatment.
